I'm on Blog Radio tonight

Hi happy book people! :)

Tonight I'm going to scare myself silly by doing my first chatty thing on radio. At the moment I'm still setting up my Skype account. Yep, I'm a Skype virgin. Never done that before. How does it work? I'm finding out. It's things like this that remind me that I'm a bit of a hippie or a Luddite. Mmm. I've also come down with a lovely British cold today. Usually, when I've heard myself on an ansaphone, I manage to sound like a 14-year-old girl. So I think, this time I'm going to sound like a little girl impersonating her grandad who smokes a lot of cigars! Or a car veering backwards.

But, seriously, if you have time to listen in tonight, I'll be talking about my Kiwi books for young readers and Donna Brown's Adopt an Indie promotion (next one is February) on the BBCN Christmas Special on Blog Radio.

If you haven't heard of it, you can find out about Adopt an Indie - a way for readers and indie authors to come together - at http://adoptanindie.com. The last promotion ran in November and was really successful.

There will be a few authors talking on the radio show tonight, which is hosted by Donna Brown.
