A lockdown song: Under a Severed Moon

Something different from poems. Here’s one of the songs that my uncle, Billy Johnstone, and I have written during lockdown. One of our first songs as I sent him the lyrics on April 24.

Its a dark one called Under a Severed Moon.

He’s behind the melody and sings. Enjoy!

He drinks from an empty glass
And the number on his face is seven.
He walks a zig-zag path
And he might take you to heaven...
