Hi, I’m doing NaPoWriMo on napowrimo.net. The challenge is to write a
poem a day in April.
For Day 16, I didn't follow the prompt, but took one from
the other website I'd considered doing this on.
This is the prompt for the April 16 poem on Writer's
Digest:
Write a poem about the last blank: the last _.
The last word
When the last word is spoken
It will have no meaning.
There will be no bounce back,
No argument, no witty riposte,
No empathy, no digression.
Only silence.
